Way of Right Foundation (WRF) aims to promote holistic development and empowerment of rural communities. WRF is working across various sectors in Lucknow and Barabanki districts, including FPO (Farmers Producer Organizations), SRI (System of Rice Intensification), SWI (System of Wheat Intensification) methods, marketing of organic products, goat farming, dairy farming, and compost production.

In response to the post-COVID economic challenges, WRF has created sustainable livelihood opportunities for unemployed youth, artisans, and migrant laborers, developing them as micro-entrepreneurs. In the agricultural sector, WRF promotes advanced methods like SRI and SWI, leading to increased crop yield and crop diversification. Additionally, through the marketing of organic products, WRF helps farmers achieve better prices for their produce.

Furthermore, WRF supports goat farming and dairy farming as viable livelihood activities, boosting the income of rural families. WRF also encourages compost production, promoting organic farming and contributing to environmental sustainability.

Through women empowerment and health awareness programs, WRF is working to empower women and communities in rural areas. In this way, WRF is fostering overall development, improving the livelihood and economic status of the communities it serves.
